Shocksafe BS8020 Insulated Square Mouth Treaded Shovel

Carters Shocksafe No.2 square mouth treaded shovel, used for shovelling out or concrete mixing, working tarmac and cement, backfilling trenches and moving ballast. Integrated treads give better grip, comfort and protection to the user's feet. Solid forged, powder coated blade on an orange polyfibre 'Y-D' shaft with a solid fibreglass core.

BS8020:2011 is an exacting specification that demands full adherence to detailed manufacturing and testing procedures for safe working when working on or in close proximity to live conductor cables. Every tool is flash tested to 10,000 volts and supplied with its own individual certificate.
